Training employees to compentently use applications and tools ensure the company runs efficently, reduces errors, and mitigates risk associated with potential processing and communications issues. Training requirements can range from simple steps to complex procedures. We can introduce your organization to a wide range of available training delivery methods, outlines training trends, including newer technology-based training methods and highlights the components of programs that have proven effective and provide cost savings. Training and documentation can be easy, budget-friendly and reassuring that your business continues to run smoothly. We can train supervisors and employees. With one low flat fee based on the number of trainees for off-shelf applications such as MicroSoft office, SharePoint, or Lotus Notes, we can train as much or as little as your needs dictate.

Custom Built Applications - Many organizations experience attrition which usually results in dimished subject matter expertise for running custom programs and processes. In many cases, when someone critical to the organizastion leaves and their is little or no documentation the only solution is to use another program to meet the objectives of the process or task. If you have one or two subject matter experts, we can sit with them for two days and develop the documentation along with a trainig program to eliminate this exposure. This can be accomplished by documenting and distributing training instructions to those you select, and it reports when trainig has been completed.

Training Needs Analysis - After our initial interview, we can explain how to conduct a trainig needs analysis by researching and identifying training needs throughout your company. This approach is the best way to get your training off on the right foot by immediately saving your company from wasting valuable time, money, and energy on unnecessary training.

Needs to be Trained and on What - Next, we’ll look at how to determine which affected employees will need which specific training. Certain training on specific equipment or software applies only to employees who use those tools. It’s important to know who needs what so that you can customize your program accordingly. After you’ve identified what and who, we can accomodate tailor training for adult learners, who have different learning styles than school-age students. Moreover, you need to know your audience for each training session in order to further tailor the style and substance of the program. Once all this information has been collected, we can developed a detailed blueprint for your training program.
